Satellite Zone proudly joins Tirana Art Weekend, organized by the Albanian Visual Arts Network, with the dynamic exhibition DigiVerse. Showcasing the work of three talented young artists: Pediona Dautaj with her evocative video art, and Jon Azizaj and Alessia Podgorica through their compelling photography.
DigiVerse explores the revolutionary potential and limitless possibilities of digital technology in the area of contemporary art. By blending innovation with creativity, the exhibition challenges our perceptions of reality and invites us to navigate a new digital landscape, one where communication, collaboration, and artistic expression converge. In this dynamic showcase, three young artists offer a distinct narrative, reflecting their engagement with the digital realm. Alesia Podgorica chooses to illustrate the image through digital painting and seems to constantly search between the pixels for the intersections of her new research cycles. Jon Azizaj, through digital photographic techniques, expresses the seductive and dynamic movement of light morphing into an illusory force burning brightly, glowing, and eventually fading. This transformation plays with the viewer’s sense of perception. Pediona Dautaj’s video art presents a continuous flow of sequences in the form of a carousel, without a clear origin or destination. The fluidity of her work encourages viewers to lose themselves in the leading spheres of the artist’s thoughts. In this context, these three artists collectively unify the digital world with the universal inner world, offering an immersive experience that resonates as a unique whole.
