Satellite Internet and Phone for Northern VT?

I live in Northern Vermont where cable/dsl is unavailable. I’m looking into high speed internet through satellite, but I’d like to get a package where phone is included. Verizon FiOS seems to be exactly what I’m looking for, but it’s not offered in my area. Does anyone know if Dish Network offers a package like this? Or, if not, are there other providers in rural VT that do?

Dishnetwork sells TV only.
You will have to check with your local telco to see if they offer a bundle package with satellite TV and internet.

No one does. Satellite internet has a very high latency, which makes voice communication nearly impossible.
Even if you get only internet, it will not be unlimited usage.
