is it possible to connect our cell phone directly to any satellite for using internet?

i just want to ask that is there procedure through which we can connect our cell phone directly to any satellite so we can use internet of wifi anything like that is it possible

No, it’s impossible. You can not connect your phone to a satellite.
The only phones that connect to satellites are satellite phones, and they’re not used for internet.
As a side note, even if you could connect a phone to a satellite, I don’t imagine you could use the satellite’s “wifi”, wifi doesn’t have range like that.
I mean, I don’t THINK there are Russian astronauts using my wireless, but you never know.
