Cell towers and satellite dishes work at entirely dufferent frequencies. One uses the UHF band, the other Ku band.
If the cell tower is right in your yard, you’ll have to move it over a few feet if it is directly blocking the view of the satellite. Or move the dish.
Have any of your techs had more than one day of training?

I have dish as well, but cell towers don’t interfere with the signal for it. The main item to watch is the location of your satellite dish. It has to have a clear path to the satellite signal, no obstructions such as trees, housing, power poles, etc. You might ask the techs when they come out to check for this as well as your signal strength.
